oracle_grid_sa_troubleshooting_clusterware_not_detected

Problem: [INS-35423] The installer has detected that Oracle Clusterware is not running on local node. (Doc ID 1533356.1)

This turned out to be very interesting problem. Because it showed couple flows in Oracle. It appears that the position of the /etc/hosts file entries is relevant to the Oracle Universal Installer

In order to solve that problem, we have to replace the names in /etc/hosts as follows From 

192.168.100.101 racnode1-pub racnode1

To 

192.168.100.101 racnode1 racnode1-pub
